1. Photo's: Use as many as possible, especially close-ups (after your aircraft has been detailed of course :-)
2. Be realistic with your asking price given the current economy
3. Broadcast: post your aircraft on as many websites as possible (especially free sites)
4. Try not to appear 'desperate' to sell.. buyers get nervous if you seem too eager
5. Care more about the buyer than the sale
6. Offer a discount up-front if buyer acts quickly
7. Include a fresh annual with the sale, and highlight this at top of your post
8. In your detailed description, disclose ALL issues, repairs needed, and knowledge of your aircrafts history.
9. Throw in a free bonus (ie: complete set of life jackets, parachutes, headsets, etc..)
